Our Process
Streamlined for a stress-free experience
At Miller Form and Frame we believe that great construction begins with a clear process and absolute transparency. We have developed this process over years of trial and error working with a wide variety of contractors across a wide variety of fields.

Consultation & Planning
We start by listening to your vision and understanding your project requirements. We visit your site, collect the necessary information to produce an accurate estimate within 7 days.

Estimating and Scheduling
We work extremely hard to produce a clear and accurate estimate with broken down pricing so you know exactly where your money is going and can add or remove whatever suits you. - A 10% deposit is required to be scheduled (once you are on the schedule that space is reserved for you and will not be changed or double-booked.) - 25% will be due upon commencement of the project (this typically covers material expenses.)

Construction & Execution
Every phase is managed closely to maintain timelines, quality standards, and safety standards. Any additional work will be discussed and approved by all parties. The owner of Miller Form and Frame will be present for all phases of your project and you will not be met by any unexpected crew members or subcontractors.

Final Walkthrough
Upon completion and before final payment we conduct a detailed walkthough with the client to confirm satisfaction. No loose ends! We only hand over a project once it meets our highest standards and you are happy.
